A Definite Must Read!

This book gave me a new outlook on what it takes to be an effective ministry leader, and the way to be the most effective you can be! I recommend this book for anyone looking to understand the keys to being world changers, to anyone leading ministries, and anyone looking for encouragement. Amazing book!

A wonderful book!

This book was so good, I couldn't put it down. Gerry points out certain people in the Bible who persevered in hard times, and shows us ways we can do the same in our lives today. He also shares stories of people in his congregation today who are living out these principles. He also puts some discussion questions after each chapter, to help you apply it to your own life, along with prayers. Get ready to be challenged and encouraged!

Encouraging and equipping

Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan Press On! has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."

Not only does he live this out incredibly in his own life and offer much wisdom and example there, but this easy read will leave its readers encouraged and equipped to pursue a life of faith and persistence as they seek to glorify God in every area of their lives
