For every book of the Bible that I teach on Wednesday evenings for our adult class, I use the Life Application Series Bible Commentary. They are well-written commentaries with history, application, and realted quotes.

This book offers analogies, comparisons, tables, charts and verse by verse explanations. Those interested in exploring the Bible will find this book a helpful and fairly complete tool to assist in their education and understanding of sometimes confusing texts.
